My name is Klara. I am a professional intuitive lifecoach, meditation and yoga instructor, healthy eating planner. My mission is to help people integrate the mind-body-spirit, to be truly yourself and happy. CEO of Whitelotus13.com. Since I was a child I knew there was something more than just the psysical world. We are guided and supported by the Source. My life’s purpose has always been to help people in as many ways as possible.

I have also had my ups and downs in my life. In 2006, I just totally broke down: I had depression, anxiety panic attack and sleeping problems. I learned how I could be centered and truly myself. The biggest lesson has been to love myself as I am and realizing that this is the key of everything. I have been walking on an intense spiritual path since then. It has been a long journey to find out how meditation can change and heal me. To discover every partof it, I spent some time in Nepal and India. I am really in love with Asian culture and people, I have learned a lot from them during my journey. I became a Master of Transformational Hatha Yoga and meditation in India and completing Yoga Alliance RYT 200. I now practice yoga and meditation every day. Through setting intensions, meditation,pranayama and asana my goal is to have my clients leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. 

I offer mainly distant course work through this website. This is a wonderful way to learn in the comfort of your own home with the flexibility of your own schedule. 100% support with any class or program that you purchase and am only an email away for any help! 

My personal healing journey is still underway, and I cannot ever imagine it being 'done'. I enjoy my life greatly these days, and Gratitude is my best friend. I am honored and excited to be able to help you in any way that I can on your own life journey.
